The Andrews government is refusing to change its flawed design for the Blackburn level crossing removal.
It plans to leave the current narrow, cramped pedestrian subway at Blackburn station and run a bike path right across the busy entrance in South Parade.
This isn't good enough. This project was fully funded under the Napthine government in 2014, and the Andrews government needs to implement it properly instead of cutting corners.
Blackburn Village Residents Group need your support for their campaign to show this issue is important for train travellers and local residents alike.
Sign the petition today to tell the government to stop short-changing the community, do the job properly and fix the Blackburn station subway.
